Was craving for hamburg so I decided to try this restaurant after putting it on my bucket list for quite a while. I was having a hard time to choose which menu I'd like to try, because there are so many great choices and I want to try everything. But after some time, I decided to get the Fujiyama Mushroom Spinach Doria. The portion was generous. A mountain of rice, topped with hamburg and generous creamy and cheesy sauce. The hamburg was still pink in the middle, it was very juicy. The texture of the hamburg was great, it was the perfect amount of meatiness and bounciness. The creamy sauce and cheese complemented the hamburg well. Unfortunately, the rice was a bit too overcooked for my liking. Definitely will go back to this place to try out other dishes. One visit is surely not enough to try all of those mouthwatering dishes.
